On having to cut down his cardio to pack on the bulk: “I was exercising so hard that I began to lose weight.”
Taylor’s trainer, Jordan Yuam, says anyone can build muscle like Taylor: “Inexperience works to your advantage. The less muscle you have the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly.”
