Rachelle Lefevre Skips ‘New Moon’ Premiere

As we all noticed, all of the stars from ‘New Moon‘ hit the red carpet last night except for one, Rachelle Lefevre!

A host of “The Twilight Saga” stars hit the red carpet last night for the premiere of “New Moon” with one notable exception – Rachelle Lefevre.

Rachelle plays evil vampire Victoria in the second film in Stephenie Meyer’s vampire series, but was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard in “Eclipse,” the third installment, following a scheduling conflict.

And on Monday night, Rachelle explained two things kept her away – her sick dog Honey and the recasting.

“2 fans at the premiere: w/ Honey in hospital & being fired from Eclipse tonight was just 2 emotional 4 me,” Rachelle wrote. “I couldn’t manage it. So sorry.” …
