Robert Pattinson, at the UK Fan Event, is impressed by how New Moon’s fame has exploded suddenly!
London native Robert Pattinson received a king’s welcome at the UK Fan Party for New Moon held at Battersea Evolution in London, England on Wednesday.
Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were also on hand for the event, which drew thousands of screaming fans to the venue.
Pattinson — looking his sexy, scruffy, self — said the New Moon hype has been gaining momentum at an astounding rate.
“We went to Japan earlier on in the year. There wasn’t that much of a reaction — but last week when we went again, it suddenly exploded, the same as here,” Pattinson said. “I don’t know how, it just explodes so quickly. It takes seven months to take hold — it’s like a virus.”
