The second film in the Twilight series New Moon opens tomorrow. If you look hard on the internet, you can download it today. You can also probably could buy a bootleg copy of it on the streets of Shanghai yesterday. Is it legal? Well, no!

Piracy is a major problem facing the entertainment industry. Heavily anticipated films like New Moon are like cargo ships crossing near Somalia. They are prime targets for pirate.

Several people have access to the film before it is completed. Not all of these people are immune to the lure of the quick buck. There have already been private screenings. Some people literally tape the screenings with handheld cameras and then send them back.
