A birthday party that included a trip to see “Twilight Saga: New Moon” could send 22 year old Samantha Tumpach to prison for three years.

Samantha Tumpach from Chicago Illinois, captured 3 minutes of the film on her video camera why taping part of her sisters surprise birthday party.

The managers at the theater contacted the police and Tumpach was arrested. She spent two days in jail and now has felony charges to face for illegally copying a movie. …

I thought of not posting this, but I received a lot of e-mails about it and many site posted it, so here it goes! Katie Holmes didn’t stop talking through a ‘New Moon‘ screening in New York and ruined the movie for everybody!

How rude!

Katie Holmes reportedly wouldn’t shut up during a screening of “New Moon” over the weekend, ruining the film for New Yorkers who shared the same theater with the actress.

Witnesses say the actress attended the show at a Manhattan theater during a normal day out with some girlfriends, according to the Fox News blog Fox 411.

“Katie came into the movie theater with two of her girlfriends in a great mood,” a witness said. “They bought tickets in advance to see ‘New Moon‘ … They checked out the snacks and then they took their seats and kept talking.”

But when the lights went down, Holmes and friends apparently didn’t lower their voices.

“Katie talked through all of ‘New Moon,’” griped the spy. “It was unbelievable – they talked nonstop about the movie and everything else.”

But, hey, this is New York, movie-talkers get shushed all the time, right?

Wrong.

“Some people wanted to tell them to be quiet, but when they realized who it was, they stayed silent,” the source said. “No one wanted to shush Katie.”

After Homes was finished upsetting Twi-hards, she was spotted shopping with her step-daughter, Isabella, and 3-year-old daughter, Suri.

MTV posted a new interview with Ryan Reynolds and they asked him about Rob and Kristen….

“I love Twilight,” Reynolds gushes.
“Oh my God are you kidding me? Robert Pattinson in a word: dreamy.”
Reynolds, 32, plays a handyman at an ailing amusement park who is having an affair with a girl half his age (Stewart). But his assessment of the actress is considerably less generous than his description of Pattinson.
“She’s an old, old soul,” Reynolds noted, while describing his love scenes with her.
“Sometimes I wonder if she’s one of the Golden Girls with a great face lift.”
Ouch!
Apparently, Reynolds is saving all his love for RPattz. In fact, he jokes to MTV that he likes him in that way.
When asked if he wanted to work with him, Reynolds replied:
“Oh are you kidding me?” Reynolds replied. “Look, I’m not gay—but I’m thinking about it.”

Lefevre added she’ll be heading up to Vancouver in mid-April and is “stoked to work with [director] Chris [Weitz]. He now has to pay heed to the books and what Catherine [Hardwicke] did so hard to cultivate.
