MTV is gonna have two ‘New Moon‘ specials that will take us Twilighters behind the scenes and will air Monday at 10 p.m. ET/PT!

Ever since they first read Stephenie Meyer’s novel, Twilighters all over the world have been counting down the days until next week’s release of the “New Moon” movie. Now, MTV is joining the party with our very own prime-time specials welcoming the newest film in the “Twilight” franchise to the big screen.

Taylor Lautner is getting to know exactly how his co-stars in ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon‘ Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart must feel, as they are also continually hounded by the media.

Lautner on working with Robert and Kristen: “Kristen is great, I have a lot of fun with her, we’re very close and the chemistry we have behind the scenes will be reflected in the movie. Rob and I are friends in reallife, but when the cameras start rolling we loathe each other.”

MTV posted a new interview with Ryan Reynolds and they asked him about Rob and Kristen….

“I love Twilight,” Reynolds gushes.
“Oh my God are you kidding me? Robert Pattinson in a word: dreamy.”
Reynolds, 32, plays a handyman at an ailing amusement park who is having an affair with a girl half his age (Stewart). But his assessment of the actress is considerably less generous than his description of Pattinson.
“She’s an old, old soul,” Reynolds noted, while describing his love scenes with her.
“Sometimes I wonder if she’s one of the Golden Girls with a great face lift.”
Ouch!
Apparently, Reynolds is saving all his love for RPattz. In fact, he jokes to MTV that he likes him in that way.
When asked if he wanted to work with him, Reynolds replied:
“Oh are you kidding me?” Reynolds replied. “Look, I’m not gay—but I’m thinking about it.”

“The books are all from Bella’s point of view,” she told me. “So there are things in New Moon that get talked about and are referred to, but don’t get described. Victoria spends all of New Moon trying to get to Bella. As a result, she fights werewolves and has encounters. They’ve basically tried to show more for the film. We want to keep the love triangle going, but we’ve kept more of the dark action, vampire-y stuff to keep those fans happy.”

Lefevre added she’ll be heading up to Vancouver in mid-April and is “stoked to work with [director] Chris [Weitz]. It’s been different with him because he has tremendous respect for the fact that something has come before. He now has to pay heed to the books and what Catherine [Hardwicke] did so hard to cultivate. He’s done an amazing job of incorporating ideas almost seamlessly into what is what the fans are expecting and love.”
