Nikki Reed told MTV Movies Blog that she and Kristen Stewart are going to be featured in a new documentary, called “The Glorification of Celebrities”, together with other young stars.

“My brother goes to UCLA, and he’s making a documentary right now called ‘The Glorification of Celebrities’,” revealed Nikki Reed when we spoke with her a little while ago, explaining a small film that will feature herself, Kristen Stewart and other young stars commenting on the newfound power and pressure bestowed on them practically overnight. “’Twilight’ will play a role in it, but it is just about [exploring]: What is the definition of being a celebrity now?

Total Film got a chance to interview Robert Pattinson. He talks about fame, projects outside “Twilight” and “New Moon”.

I’m aware of them but it would be so easy to be obsessed with that stuff and then not do anything else – which I did do for a time!

The weird thing is that because you’re at the eye of the storm, you don’t notice what’s going on. But when there are eight-year-old girls standing there trembling and crying, that’s a very strange thing to be a part of.

Kellan Lutz is according to Entertainment Weekly in final negotiations to join the cast of “A nightmare on Elm Street”.

With Watchmen’s Jackie Earle Haley ready to slip on Freddy Krueger’s gruesome glove in the reboot of A Nightmare on Elm Street, the rest of the cast — i.e., the victims of Freddy’s dream-seizing killing spree — is beginning to fall into place. EW has learned that Kellan Lutz, who played Emmett Cullen in Twilight and also has a recurring role on The CW’s 90210, is in final negotiations to join the cast as Dean, a well-liked, well-off high school jock.

Despite what she calls a year that’s been “really insane and absolutely psychotic,” the actress is making the promotional rounds on behalf of a pair of no-budget indies she shot immediately before entering the Twilight zone.

Mary Stuart Masterson’s The Cake Eaters, which was given a limited theatrical run before being released on DVD, features one of Stewart’s finest performances as a high schooler suffering from a fatal nerve disorder.

The slightly more upbeat Adventureland, which opened yesterday and is directed by Superbad helmer Greg Mottola, stars Stewart as Em, a Pittsburgh twentysomething who is trying to shore up her finances by working at a run-down amusement park.

Em’s personal life is complicated by a relationship with a married man (Ryan Reynolds) and an attraction to a brainy but neurotic co-worker (Jesse Eisenberg).

“I think that my character in Adventureland has no concept of what she really wants out of life,” says Stewart. “She puts on an act that she’s very secure and self-sufficient but she’s so not. She realizes too late that she should get over her hang-ups and be good to herself.”
