Nominations are flowing randomly to our precious Twilight stars!! So, Taylor Lautner & Dakota Fanning have been nominated for a “Young Artist” Award for their work in The Twilight Saga: New Moon & Coraline respectively!!! CONGRATSS GUYSS!!! <3

Yesterday, the nominations for this year’s “Young Artist” Awards came down, and Taylor Lautner’s name was listed for his work in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Lautner is nominated alongside Jake T. Austin for Hotel For Dogs, Jimmy Bennett for Alabama Moon, Max Records for Where The Wild Things Are, and Devin Bostick for Adoration.

The awards will take place on April 11th at the Beverly Garland in Studio City, California. No word yet on whether Taylor Lautner will attend. More information on the Young Artist Awards can be found here.

Dakota Fanning is also nominated for her work in Coraline, and she won last year for her work in The Secret Life of Bees.

Christian Serratos won last year as well for her work in Twilight.

Another nomination goes to The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Taylor Lautner in The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films 36th Annual Saturn Awards!! Taylor is nominated in Best Performance by a Younger Actor category while New Moon is nominated in the Best Horror Film category!! Kristen Stewart has been nominated for the BAFTA Orange Rising Star Award. The other nominees for the Orange Rising Star are Jessie Eisenberg, Nicholas Hoult, Carey Mulligan and Tahar Rahim.  The Orange Rising Star Award is the only people’s award at the BAFTA Film Awards and only UK residents can vote.

Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz will attend the People’s Choice Awards, alongside many other stars, airing January 6 at 9 p.m on CBS!!

“New Moon” has certainly been a fan favorite since its release in November, so it comes as no surprise that the film’s stars Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz will attend the People’s Choice Awards on January 6. According to CBS, the show will air live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, with Queen Latifah hosting and performing at the show.

Lutz will join Lautner, who is up for Favorite Breakout Movie Actor. “Twilight” snagged nods for Favorite Movie and On-Screen Team for Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Stewart and Pattinson are also nominated in the Favorite Movie Actress and Actor categories. It has yet to be confirmed if Pattinson and Stewart will appear on the show. …

The Academy may not have thought much of New Moon’s Jacob-to-wolf transformation, but apparently the moody music did it for ‘em.

Lykke Li’s “Possibility,” off the Twilight sequel’s soundtrack, is one of 63 tunes in the running for a nomination for Best Original Song at the 82nd Annual Academy Awards in March.

The up-and-coming Li could be sharing the stage with anyone from Bono to Miley Cyrus to Ne-Yo—or, perhaps, Paul McCartney—depending on how it all plays out.

SO, now it’s OFFICIAL!! As we posted before about one of the soundtrack (Twilight’s or New Moon’s) being nominated for 2 Grammy Awards!! And, obviously, it’s Twilight’s as you all commentators and readers said CONGRATS TWILIGHT, for more success to come!!

Twilight has been nominated for two 2010 Grammy Awards. The 2010 Grammy nominations for Twilight come from the soundtrack and score for the film, and could definitely add to the appeal of watching the Grammy Awards this year.

Twilight 2010 Grammy Nominations

The two categories that Twilight has received Grammy nominations for are Best Compilation Soundtrack Album For Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media and Best Song Written For Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media. The people behind the music in the first film of the Twilight series have to be delighted to hear about this news.

In the category of Best Song, the song chosen from Twilight is called Decode and was written by Josh Farro, Hayley Williams & Taylor York. It’s a tough category this year though, as the song will have to go up against The Climb (Miley Cyrus), Jai Ho (From Slumdog Millionaire), Once In A Lifetime (Beyonce), and The Wrestler (Bruce Springsteen).

In the Best Compilation Soundtrack category, Twilight goes up against True Blood, Slumdog Millionaire, Inglourious Basterds, and Cadillac Records. It’s a bit surprising that there is no Miley Cyrus in the category after she sold all those record for her film.

It is yet another success for The Twilight Saga: New Moon. The film’s soundtrack has been nominated for not one but two Grammy awards at the January 31, 2010 award ceremony.

According to TwilightSource, “The entire Twilight soundtrack was nominated in the ‘Best Compilation Soundtrack Album For Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media’ category. Decode by Paramore was nominated in the ‘Best Song Written For Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media’ category.”
