We posted yesterday Catherine plans for New Moon. Today MTV Blog has more about their interview with Catherine.
“[Bella hearing Edward’s voice] would be one of the challenges for sure. Like, how much do you see it? Does it look like an aberration? Does it look like it’s in her mind? That’s one of the things you would have to test. You could probably try two to three different ways, and see what makes sense,†she explained. “Then there’s [Alice’s] visions. You have to take that idea of how Edward appears to [Bella], and make sure that’s distinct from Alice’s visions, so that you understand the powers that each of them has. I think there’s a lot of good challenges in ‘New Moon.’ â€

MTV has a new interview Catherine Hardwicke, where she talks about New Moon.
“I would say that the film could be finished by the end of 2009, if not the beginning of 2010; cameras could be rolling in about five months,” Hardwicke said of her March/April timetable, should she return to helm the pic. “We spent about a year and three months getting ['Twilight'] ready, between writing the script and casting. We could probably do things a little bit faster this time, but who knows? It depends. And sometimes you can do things really fast. You can get two editors on, and you can just zip through.”

USAtoday has an interview with Catherine Hardwicke about New Moon:
Q: All the major players have signed on for the sequel, expected in 2010. What plans do you have for Taylor Launter as Jacob, who transforms into a very big werewolf in Book 2, New Moon?
A: I’ve got this to say about Taylor. He told me the other day that he had gained 14 pounds since I last saw him. He’s only 16. I think he’s chanting to make himself grow.Q: You clearly met fan expectations turning the book into a film. What’s one thing you knew you got right?
A: I do think we create our own world. We got that right. How it feels to be in an Olympic rain forest at that misty magic location. And the sexual tension between Edward and Bella was important to make it feel as if it were the book coming to life. The emotional elements had to make it to the screen.
