iesb.net has a new interview with The Volturi’s Michael Sheen, Dakota Fanning, Cameron Bright and Jamie Campbell Bower.

newmoon_logo_Q: Dakota, as such a fan of this series, what were the highlights of playing Jane?

Dakota: I think the highlight of playing Jane was getting to wear that costume and having the red contact lenses. I was really excited about that, and getting to play an evil character.

Q: Do you get to do more in Eclipse?

Dakota: It’s about the same. I’m still not very much in the movie.

Q: What did you think when you saw yourself for the first time with the red lenses in?

Dakota: It’s really scary. I think it makes anyone look automatically evil. It was really fun. You get used to them, after a while. You can see pretty good, but it’s still kind of weird.

Q: Michael, did it take you a while to come up with your voice in the film, or was that an instant thought when you read the script?

Michael: No, it was from Stephenie in the book. She describes Aro as having a voice like feathers, so that made me think about what would it sound like …

MoviesOnline.ca has a new interview with the Volturis, Michael Sheen, Jamie Campbell Bower, Dakota Fanning and Cameron Bright.

Q: Dakota, as such a fan of the series, you’ve said in many interviews before that you were really excited about this so what were the highlights of playing Jane and do you get to do more in the next movie?

Dakota Fanning: I think the highlight of playing Jane was getting to wear that costume and to have the red contact lenses — I was really excited about that – and getting to play an evil character. The next movie I already finished doing, Eclipse, and it’s about the same. It’s still not very much in the movie.

Q: What did you think when you saw yourself for the first time with the red lenses in?

Dakota Fanning: I know. It’s really scary. I think it makes anyone look automatically evil. But yeah, it was really fun. You get used to them after a while. You can see pretty good, but it’s still kind of weird.

Movie Mazzupial has an interview with some members of the Volturi. They interviewed Charlie Bewley, Cameron Bright and Christopher Heyerdahl while in Brisbane on a Twilight Tour.

Here is an excerpt from the interview:

MM: Right, well on that note then; how do you think audiences are going to react to the New Moon film?
Charlie: I think it differs from Twilight for a few different reasons. But I think the main reason is this film you can take your whole family to watch and everyone is going to take something out of it. Whereas the first film was a bit of an emotional play between three characters, this one has a lot of action. Chris Weitz is an excellent CGI expert and is obviously very good at directing high-action movies like in the past. This one is, like I said, you can take anyone to this one, it’s got something for everyone. The stakes are up, which is different from the first one as well so it’s going to be an exciting film.

Cameron: Yeah, for this one another part of it that’s really good for people is the last one was really about those three main people, Bella, Edward and Jacob. And now you’re getting so much more. You’re getting the wolf pack introduced, us, the Volturi, introduced and there’s just a lot more elements to it to make it a deeper story.

You can read the entire interview here.

Tons of interviews are surfacing on the net, this time MSN interviewing Cameron Bright who will play Alec in the Twilight Saga:

Cameron BrightYou and Dakota are two of the youngest cast members, and yet two of the most veteran actors on the cast. Is that a strange thing to walk into?

Not really, it is weird because people ask me about acting and how it relates to my life. I’m 16 and I’ve been acting for 10 years, so it’s really all I know, and it is my life. Like obviously I have no life, so it’s just natural to me now, that’s all it is.

Your wardrobe, that pendant you’re wearing—do you know what those symbols are?

I don’t know, they just kind of slapped it on me. I know that’s a “V” for Volturi, I’m guessing? Because I’m a Volturi…I really have no idea what you’re asking. [Laughs.]

Does yours match Daniel’s?

The whole Volturi family has it because that’s their family seal. I don’t really know all of it.

The Vancouver Sun has a new interview with Cameron Bright, who will play Alec in New Moon. He talks about twlight, fans and his first scene in New Moon:

56845682While he hasn’t worked with Fanning, he met her at the Critic’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles two years ago.

“She didn’t know who I was, so when I introduce myself and go, ‘Hey, do you remember me?’ she’ll probably say no,” he says, adding he should get to know her quickly on the Vancouver set. “In our first scene I get to kiss her on the cheek.”

Since his scenes are interiors, he won’t be joining her when exterior Volturi sequences are shot in Tuscany, however.
